Our Activities
We think it is important for your child to experience a variety of activities to build their life skills. This will allow your children to be the very best version of themselves.
Creative Crafts For All Ages
We offer crafts for all ages of children. Whether it be coloring, painting, or crafts.
A baby/toddler can still experience painting under the supervision and help of an adult in our childcare. We have done paintings of their hand print to incorporate the younger ones and allow them to take home memorable crafts for their loved ones.
The older ones may build easter bunnies, hand-made wind chimes, painted flower pots, ect.
Reading & Writing
From ABC’s to learning to write their names. We offer time and patience to teach them spelling and reading.
Story time is available with countless books to choose from to let their imaginations grow and develop.
Fun Events
We strive to give them opportunities to experience the joys of being a child. We have outings from the park, to the paddling pool and even nature walks. Sometimes we even go to the zoo or a local play center like the fun factory.
At the Childcare home, we host an annual easter egg hunt. This allows the children to use their motor skills to locate the eggs. Each child then fills their basket and we divide them evenly at the end.
Another annual tradition is the leprechaun hunt. Where we send the children to find gold (chocolates) around the home. During St. Patricks Day we host a green party including the children’s food & drinks being green all day.
The children absolutely love these events!
Inside Play Time
We offer a variety of motor skill toys for the children to use inside the childcare home; building blocks, magnetic tiles, play dough, slime, a sensory table, car tracks, lego (for the older children), sensory books for the younger ones, board games, and the list goes on.
Outside Play
We think outdoor play is so important for your children that is why we make sure to schedule outdoor play. (weather permitted)
We love watching them take in fresh air, use their imagination, and watch how their creativity comes into play outside.
We offer things for them to play with outside like a sandbox and sandbox toys, a treehouse, an airplane teeter totter, chalk, bubbles, little tikes cars, swivel/twist cars, ect.
